The License menu is used to manage OneDB license activation and to view active license information. This page allows administrators to copy the OneDB token ID, activate a license key, and review the list of licenses currently applied to the system.

Access License Menu

To access the License page, go to:

Settings > License

The License Management page contains the following sections:

Section Description
OneDB Displays the OneDB Token ID used for license generation or registration.
Activate License Allows the administrator to input and activate a license key.
Your Licenses Displays the list of active licenses applied to the OneDB system.

OneDB Token ID

The OneDB section displays the Token ID of the OneDB instance.

The Token ID is used to identify the OneDB installation when requesting or generating a license.

Token ID: <onedb-token-id>

To copy the Token ID, click:

Copy Token

After copying the token, provide it to the authorized OneDB representative or license issuer to generate the appropriate license key.

For security reasons, do not expose the real Token ID in public documentation, screenshots, or shared materials.

Activate License

The Activate License section is used to apply a license key to the OneDB system.

To activate a license:

  1. Copy the license key provided by the authorized OneDB representative.
  2. Paste the license key into the License Key field.
  3. Click Activate License.

After activation, the license will appear in the Your Licenses table.

Enter the license key exactly as provided. Do not modify, reformat, or remove any part of the license text.

License Agreement

Before activating a license, make sure that the license usage complies with the applicable OneDB License Agreement.

The License page may display a link to the License Agreement for reference.

Your Licenses

The Your Licenses section displays the list of licenses currently applied to the OneDB system.

Each license entry contains the following information:

Column Description
Product The OneDB product or feature licensed for this system.
Expiration Date The date when the license will expire.
Qty The licensed quantity or capacity.
Units The license measurement unit, such as CPS or Node Server.
Usage The current usage of the licensed capacity.
Status The current license status.
Action Provides available action, such as deleting the license.

License Units

OneDB licenses may use different units depending on the product or feature.

Example license units:

Unit Description
Crypto Per Second (CPS) Defines the licensed cryptographic processing capacity.
Node Server Defines the number of OneDB server nodes covered by the license.

License Status

The Status column indicates the current state of each license.

Status Description
Active The license is valid and currently active.
Expired The license has passed its expiration date and may no longer be valid.
Invalid The license key is not valid or cannot be verified.

Delete License

To remove an existing license, click the Delete button on the selected license row.

Deleting a license removes it from the OneDB system.

Make sure the license is no longer required before deleting it. Removing an active license may affect product functionality or licensed capacity.

Do not share the Token ID or License Key in public documents, screenshots, tickets, or emails unless required and sent through an approved secure channel.
